Neighborhoods: South Slope, Gowanus, Sunset Park, Bay Ridge

About me: Is it weird that I've always wanted to be a dog walker? No joke! Ever since I could remember, I've suffered from pet envy: from the incredibly scuffy Old English Sheepdog in the bookstore, the pair of Greyhounds that greeted me every morning on my way to work when I was in Japan, to my friends' chubby Shibainu, howling Beagle, and bundle-of-energy Terrier, I'm half tempted to take home every dog I see (and fully tempted to pet each and every one of them). If it weren't for the fact that the place where I currently live disallows pets, or that in recent years, I've been moving way too frequently (college, work) to own a pet, I'd have a few of my own instead of getting my animal-fix by volunteering at animal shelters or pet-sitting for friends. Thanks to Prospect Bark, I get to spend time with furry creatures on a daily basis, and in doing so, I check off one of my life goals!
